Description
Toco is a rural village in the north eastern tip of Trinidad with some of the most spectacular views I have ever seen. As a final hurrah to a bumper Trinidad holiday complete with built-in childcare (thank you Granny!) the Hubby and I finally decided to have our honeymoon. Yes, seven years and two kids later we finally got around to it and it was magical!
We went to the most awesome little resort called Anise and stayed for two nights and a day. The most blissful two nights and a day we’ve had in yonks!
This watercolour and pen drawing is one of the views we stopped the car to get out and photograph on the way there. Needless to say, it took us ages to get there, but it was worth it. I’ve got so much to paint!
