The Olympics.
When it was just “coming to London”, I was a bit meh! I know how congested London can be. I was wary about how this would work. But once it got here? Oh the excitement!
I was heavily pregnant with my second child at the time but it didn’t stop me from screaming my head off in excitement. In some races, neighbours could hear me screaming for T&T and Team GB interchangeably! There was no way I could choose.
This painting commemorates the buzz that consumed me (and most of the UK) during the summer of 2012 – the London Olympics!
