Description
If you’ve never been to the Royston Cave, you’re missing out. There is so much mystery and long lost history there. Every crevice is covered in symbols that have so much meaning, but we can only guess at the message.
This piece is about the Christian Soldier who appears with his drawn sword to defend the faith. He is thought to be St George or maybe St Michael. He too is carved into the Cave wall.
